Rebranding
Updating your brand is primarily a sales process more so than a design process. It's about identifying your organization's unique features (selling points) and working within your core values, mission and goals to develop key messages that will resonate with your "buyers" (satisfying a need they have) so that they will engage, participate, volunteer, donate and generally help spread the word about your great cause.

Current Brand Assessment - working with staff, board and key stakeholders through a series of interviews to identify and evaluate current perceptions about your brand.
Brand Identity Development – helping you determine what your unique value is, identify target audiences and what messages you want to present to those audiences. Message development includes recreating or updating your tagline.
Brand Communications Audit - providing an assessment of your nonprofit's current branding tools in relation to your new brand messages, identifying what tools (logo, tagline, website, printed communications) need to be changed with specific recommendations.
Style Guide Development - creating a style guide for staff to use that encompasses the overall brand platform, specific instructions for using brand assets, and overall design and editorial guidelines.
